Background

Philip is a husband, father, and business leader originating from Detroit, Michigan. Philip grew up in a blue-collar, hard-working environment that shaped his values from an early age. After 6 US based professional relocations, Philip and his family decided that Colorado is the ideal location to raise a family and operate a small business. Philip enjoys skiing the Colorado slopes, exploring off-road trails on ATVs, date nights with his wife and raising his two incredible children in the heart of the Rockies.

Experience

Philip most recently resigned from his role as Vice President, Sales Operations at Viega North America, overseeing strategic sales initiatives and operational excellence to pursue business ownership.

His 15-year career spanned strategy, sales, and execution, always anchored by a people-first philosophy and a focus on performance and long-term value creation. Philip led teams ranging from 5 to 250 people and believes his ability to draw on that experience, positions him for success with an SMB acquisition. Philip brings not only operational expertise but also the discipline required to steward one business with care, vision and commitment.
